E-Commerce Management Trainee (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

Position Overview:  As an E-com Management Trainee, you will be guided by your mentor to learn and practice the operation of Amazon and other e-commerce platforms step by step, covering the whole process from product uploading, content optimisation, inventory management to data analysis and customer feedback management. Through systematic training and hands-on practice, you will grow into a business backbone who can independently manage specific Amazon categories and further expand to other e-commerce platforms and business areas.

Initial Stage (Learning & Collaboration):
  • Assist with product launches and listing optimization on e-commerce platforms.
  • Support the preparation of data reports and performance dashboards.
  • Collaborate in preparing customer price lists and quotations.
  • Assist with inventory management and demand forecasting.
  • Support return analysis and improvement measures.
  • Track and analyze sales data, conversion rates, and advertising performance, and provide optimization suggestions.
  • Assist with KOL outreach and communication.
Later Stage (Independent Responsibility): 
  • Independently manage designated product categories on Amazon, developing and executing sales and operation strategies and taking direct responsibility for sales performance and profitability.
  • Independently manage other e-commerce platform customers or channels.
  • Participate in New Product Launch and Market Entry (GTM) projects and develop local market strategies.
  • Continuously analyse business data and optimise operational processes to drive sales growth.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university; A Master’s degree from a top university in Germany is highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of business administration; relevant internships or work experience are an advantage.
  • Strong learning ability and analytical skills, particularly in data analysis.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese; good command of German both written and spoken, business fluent would be preferrable.
